The grooming itself is fine but the scheduling could be better. Hazel looked good though.

It's fine for basic grooming. My Labradoodle is easy to groom though. Not sure about difficult coats.

Decent place. They did an okay job with Lucy's cut — not exactly what I asked for but close enough.
